A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Field customer inquiries and respond to questions, issues, and
concerns
Handle inbound calls from medical professionals and verify benefits
using medical terminology
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining
confidentiality and accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Must be over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and able to type 25
wpm
