Job Description:
Provides a direct contact for internal and external customers in
developing applications for Straight Flo Reciprocal Compressor
Valves to some of the worlds largest energy companies. This role
will work in conjunction with the Direct Zahroof (An Atlas Copco
Group Company) Sales Force in cultivating business opportunities,
engineering and design phases of product applications, and working
with our manufacturing team to meet client project and maintenance
goals. Responsibilities Provide support and technical assistance
for internal and external customers regarding Zahroof Straight Flo
Valve products. Working with our side by side with our Technical
Sales Team, gaining knowledge how the client's compression
equipment is being deployed in their operations and understand the
customer requirements and expectations. Manage the Opportunity flow
from a data gathering phase, engineering design teams, to Quote,
Order and Production. Enter and maintain purchase orders, customer
orders Maintain various records and files including Gas Analysis,
Compressor Operating Reports, Zahroof Data Design sheets, Records
of customer equipment. Establish rapport and providing prompt
responses to internal and external customer Set up correct
description of all inventory items; add new inventory to system as
needed. Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
