Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior PEO HRBP - Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment
with strategic objectives
Serve as an executive point of escalation for complex HR matters
and provide strategic guidance to clients
Oversee compliance with labor laws and manage the employee
lifecycle for client organizations
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Expertise in managing HR operations for global workforces and
navigating international labor laws
Proven ability to lead high-performing HR teams and manage
executive-level client relationships
Experience in PEO, global HR consulting, or similar environments
preferred
