A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and regulations
Manage recruitment processes and implement employee engagement
strategies
Administer compensation, benefits programs, and performance
evaluation systems
Required Qualifications and Education
10 years of experience in human resources, including 3 years in
compliance
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, or
equivalent experience
1 year of experience supporting a small business
Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM)
is desirable
Experience managing employment law across multiple states
