A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Re-imagine and build out hiring processes for senior sales
positions
Partner with executive leaders to hire complex senior-level
positions
Drive recruitment strategy using market data and metrics to educate
hiring leaders
Required Qualifications
8+ years of corporate, full lifecycle recruiting experience in a
technical sales environment
Exceptional command of the end-to-end recruiting process
Experience leveraging recruitment data for insights and
decision-making
Experience in change management and implementing innovative
recruiting strategies
Commitment to inclusive hiring practices to improve representation
of underrepresented groups
