A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage high volume
recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruitment for high volume searches and
employ creative sourcing strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop role-specific
recruiting strategies and provide weekly progress updates
Drive the offer process, including negotiation and generating offer
letters
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth or
agency environments
Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Experience working consultatively with hiring managers and
stakeholders
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
