Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Associate to
support the K12 School business team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs to execute HR
initiatives
Implement performance management programs and provide guidance on
performance-related issues
Analyze HR metrics to support strategic decisions and improve
business outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a human resources field or equivalent
experience
5 years of human resources experience with a solid understanding of
HR best practices and employment laws
Proficiency with Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
Suite
Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence
SHRM-CP certification or equivalent certification preferred
