Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Employment and
Labor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive support to the HR team on global employment law
matters
Draft and review employment-related documents for compliance across
jurisdictions
Coordinate with HR to manage employee relations concerns and
investigations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in employment law within
a corporate in-house legal department
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a member in good
standing of any state bar
Proven global experience, preferably in enterprise technology or
SaaS
Experience with California and global employment law
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
