Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to prepare and
process payroll for employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and
contractors
Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage terminations within
payroll software
Provide support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data
entry
Required Qualifications and Education
2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with
Quickbooks preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs,
Google Sheets)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum
supervision
Flexibility to be cross-trained and assist as needed
Experience in handling payroll-related inquiries and issues
