TruBlu HR Solutions is experiencing wonderful growth and is looking to add another dynamic person to the recruiting team!

Responsibilities:

--- Sources and Recruits qualified professionals for both direct hire and temporary/contract positions utilizing job postings, job board, social media, referrals, and networking.

--- Consistently recruiting candidates to keep an active list of available candidates

--- Attend networking events and job fairs as needed

--- Continue relationship with candidates once they are placed on assignment to handle any questions or concerns.



Requirements

--- Highly Motivated, Energetic, and Positive Attitude

--- Ideal candidate is great at creating and maintaining good communication and relationships

--- Experience with high volume activity, experience in HR or recruiting

--- Ideal employee for this position has experience recruiting for healthcare candidates or experience in the healthcare industry

--- Excellent communication and administrative skills

--- Does well in fast pace environment with deadlines

--- Team Focused!

--- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
