Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a software development team, managing workload and
performance
Assist in planning and executing IT development activities aligned
with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into
technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1
year in a leadership role
Proficient understanding of multiple programming languages such as
Java, C#, Python, or similar
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application
architectures
