Job Description:
North Houston company is seeking a Customer Service
Representative for their call center. The position is
temporary-to-permanent. During two weeks of training, the pay is $9
hourly. After training, the pay is $10 hourly with a potential for
bonuses. As a Customer Service Representative for this company, you
will be responsible for helping customers.
Skills & Abilities:
- Previous 1+ year customer service experience
- Listening skills, strong probing/problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with correct grammar
in both verbal & written communication.
- Excellent customer service skills & ability to maintain
composure.
- Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills with ability to focus
during periods of high call volume.
