Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Technology to
oversee IT operations and align them with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and coach the corporate technology team to enhance skills
and knowledge
Design and manage efficient service desk processes for prompt IT
issue resolution
Act as a liaison between business units and the corporate
technology team to translate business needs into technical
solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field preferred
Proven ability to coach and mentor IT professionals with a track
record of developing high-performing teams
Extensive experience in creating and managing service desk
processes, with knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft
technologies, including Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, and
SharePoint
Experience in managing hardware and software asset management
processes
