Salesforce Business Analyst Scrum Master

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach the Scrum Team throughout the project lifecycle
Engage in testing cycles and manage feedback to ensure quality deliverables

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst/Scrum Master with Salesforce implementation experience
3+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
3 years' experience with Salesforce platform configuration
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools
