Job Title: Senior ETRM Scrum Master

Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Day To Day Responsbilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint
planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are blocking the team's
progress
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
sessions
Ensure visibility and common understanding across the team
Help team adhere to "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done"
norms
Must Have:
Energy industry experience is must, ETRM SaaS experience very
desirable
8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, incl.
Scrum
Certification: Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master
(CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Agile Certified
Practitioner (PMI ACP) or SAFe Certification)
