Duration: Contract/Contract-to-Hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Top Skills Required: Experience in SAP SD is required. FICO, SCM, MM, PP, MM are preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to act as liaison between groups is key


Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements by working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with SAP capabilities.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of SAP solutions.
Design, configure, customize, and integrate SAP modules, including FICO, SD, SCM, MM, PP, and PM, to optimize business processes.
Develop functional design documents that outline system requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations.
Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and support system development efforts.
Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance system performance.
Create and execute functional testing scripts to validate system configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
Provide training and end-user support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP functionalities and process improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements and system efficiencies.
Utilize SmartSheets for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring high-quality SAP solution delivery.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.


Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience working as an SAP Functional Business Analyst.
Proficiency in SAP modules such as FICO, SD, SCM, MM, PP, and PM.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with SAP functionalities.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend solutions.
Experience writing functional design documents.
Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration of SAP systems.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience creating and executing functional testing scripts.
Ability to provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP functionalities.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experienced with SmartSheets
Ability to travel if required
