Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their
high-performing legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS
and licensing contracts
Provide legal advice and support to sales and cross-functional
teams on legal issues
Coordinate with internal legal team members on privacy, security,
compliance, and product issues
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate and relevant license to practice law in good
standing
3-5 years of experience in commercial, financial service, and
corporate law
Experience preferably with a fast-growing tech startup or law
firm
Familiarity with data protection, cybersecurity, and revenue
recognition issues
Passion for understanding customers, products, culture, and
business model
