Job Description:Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at either the Arlington, Austin, or Houston office.Note: Our client is hiring both mid-level and senior associates.Bonuses: Typically range from an additional $20,000 to $30,000 on top of the salary listed in this ad.About Our Client:Our client is a well-established Texas law firm with offices in Arlington, Austin, and Houston. • Work closely with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management
• Conduct document review and legal research
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and responses
• Take depositions and attend mediations
• Prepare for and attend trials and arbitrationsQualifications:
  • At least 4 years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Preferred, but not required: experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
  • Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
