A company is looking for an Operations Specialist (Legal and
Compliance filing multi-state).
Key Responsibilities
Interact with state agencies and filing partners to fulfill
customer orders
Engage directly with customers to address questions and
concerns
Organize and manage a large number of tasks while responding
promptly to urgent situations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the corporate legal field or managing
compliance filings
Experience working with multiple jurisdictions
Ability to manage several ongoing tasks and priorities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of
a team
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
