A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to manage
legal matters related to commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate various commercial and technology-related
agreements
Provide legal support for procurement and business units in vendor
negotiations
Ensure compliance with legal policies and oversee the
implementation of compliance processes
Required Qualifications
Current practicing lawyer's license
Minimum of 10 years of contracts drafting and negotiation
experience
Experience with commercial, licensing, and software-related
agreements
Understanding of compliance responsibilities including data privacy
laws
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
