Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, IP,
Technology, and Data.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support on IP, AI, data use, and technology-related
issues
Develop and implement a global IP strategy and maintain the
existing IP portfolio
Support commercial contracts with negotiations related to IP, AI,
and data use provisions
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of at least one state bar
6+ years of experience in technology-related legal issues,
including IP matters
In-house experience at a multinational corporation in the
pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO or technology industries preferred
Familiarity with IP law fundamentals and experience in drafting and
negotiating related agreements
