Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel for a 4-month
contract, with potential for extension, working remotely during PST
hours.
Key Responsibilities
Support the web search line of business, focusing on licensing
deals and online consumer product support
Address issues related to image and video search, including
generative AI and copyright concerns
Manage API/syndication business aspects, including terms of use and
AI-related legal matters
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney or equivalent legal
practice
Preferred 3+ years of experience in relevant specialized practice
areas such as privacy, online services, or technology
transactions
Experience in handling legal issues related to online advertising
and digital safety
Strong background in copyright law and technology-related legal
matters
Ability to work remotely while adhering to PST working hours
