Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Risk Adjustment to
oversee risk adjustment processes and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise internal member outreach efforts
Collaborate with provider offices on risk adjustment education
opportunities
Develop outreach materials and coordinate with corporate data teams
for accuracy
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent
experience
3+ years of experience in risk adjustment
LPN or RN strongly preferred
Medical record collection experience strongly preferred
Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
