Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist III
to manage complaints and escalations from members or providers.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to escalated issues and provides timely resolutions
through various communication channels
Documents and tracks complaints, identifying trends and
collaborating with departments for enterprise-wide solutions
Maintains knowledge of products and services to support accurate
and effective customer assistance
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2 - 4 years of related experience
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to
work experience
Healthcare industry experience with Medicare background is highly
preferred
May require additional on-the-job training or continuous learning
education
