This position will be a combination of hospital and the new Plaza. CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
ACLS (ACLS): ACLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
