Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. We're looking for highly motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who want to work with similarly motivated people.Responsibilities and Duties

• Cleaning of windows, gutters and pressure washing
• Up-selling and recommending additional services to customers.
• Vehicle responsibility and safety: Vehicle inventory and maintenance tracking. Responsible drive requirements (seatbelt, hard braking, and speeding).
• Job Performance Safety requirements: right shoes, ladder safety requirements.Required of the Role
  • Must be licensed to drive
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Proven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking and standing a minimum of 8 hours required.
  • 2 years of experience working on ladders.
  • Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) performing customer service.
  • Able to work Monday-Saturday
  • Must be okay working long hours.
  • Hard worker (mentally and physically)Compensation
    • Between $35,000 and $50,000
