Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Operations Advisor I to
assist with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enrollment assistance and information regarding the
HIPP/Premium Assistance program to Medicaid recipients
Verify and document health care coverage for Medicaid recipients
and their families
Conduct data entry and maintain active cases during open enrollment
and premium reviews
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry,
healthcare, or government-sponsored programs
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience, including inbound and
outbound calls
Experience with MassHealth preferred
Bilingual candidates preferred
Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
