Key Responsibilities
Serve as the leading mortgage expert throughout the home buying
process
Manage pre-approval transactions from application to funding,
ensuring seamless communication with all parties involved
Gather required documentation and analyze income, assets, and
liabilities for loan approval
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage purchase processing experience
Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM software
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience managing a pipeline of 100+ pre-approvals per month
