Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Executive, Talent Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Account Management team to identify and
cross-sell opportunities for Talent products
Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast
revenue
Conduct sales calls with presentations and product demonstrations
to close business and achieve quotas
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Degree
3+ years of sales experience in SaaS markets, specifically selling
B2B talent solutions
Proven track record of success, ranking in the top 10% of the sales
organization
Experience with ATS, performance management software, or
familiarity with HCM/HRIS products
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and challenge the status
quo when necessary
