Job Description:
A company is looking for a VIP Support Specialist to assist
students in their publishing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries daily across various platforms while
maintaining brand voice
Assist coaches in identifying students needing additional help and
facilitate outreach
Monitor live Q&A calls to provide real-time support and assist
in scheduling
Required Qualifications
Highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude
Experience working in a fully remote team environment
Preference for candidates who are members of Audiobook Income
Academy and have published at least one book
Must have access to a laptop or computer with a reliable internet
connection
Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, Intercom, and Slack
preferred
