Customer Integration Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Integration and Data Management Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage account setup and ongoing maintenance for customers
Ensure regulatory compliance for customer and facility licensing
Conduct data audits and maintain data accuracy in various systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field
Minimum of three years of related experience
Two years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
Experience with SAP is required
Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred
