Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Tutor Training Specialist to support the training and development of language tutors.
Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver comprehensive internal tutor training programs
Facilitate the onboarding process for new tutors and provide ongoing coaching
Deliver tutoring sessions and assist in the development of new tutoring materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Fluent in multiple languages preferred
5+ years of experience in language instruction
Knowledgeable in instructional design principles
Self-starter with a passion for teaching and learning languages
