Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mandarin/Cantonese Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of outbound calls and maintain engagement with department members
Schedule appointments, collect consent, and send documents for patients as needed
Collaborate with other professionals to improve customer service and provide high-touch support

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin
A minimum of a high school diploma
2+ years of experience in a clinical call center environment
1+ years of medical terminology knowledge
Ability to work remotely with a private workspace
