Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to create
engaging and user-centered designs for their online learning
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define the experience vision and develop platform standards for the
learning platform
Design and innovate user-focused solutions while enhancing existing
interfaces
Conduct ongoing user research and manage the design system to
ensure alignment with user needs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a lead UI/UX Designer or similar
role
2 years of experience in video processing
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe products including XD, Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
Experience conducting user-centered UX testing sessions
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
