Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Lead to act as the main
point of contact between IT and local business users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Service Desk professionals, prioritizing
tasks and monitoring ticket queues
Coordinate physical asset management and ensure documentation
accuracy for IT assets
Participate in major incident management and keep local business
users updated on service impacts
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of IT customer-facing deskside service and administration
experience
Experience with Windows 10/11 systems and PC hardware
maintenance
Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
Basic networking skills and familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS,
DNS, and SMTP
Information Technology degree or equivalent certification
