Job Description:
A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader -
Insurance & BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap for Life and
Annuity Operations and the contact center
Drive initiatives involving Conversational AI and optimize call
center metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT
Lead Lean process optimization and manage Robotic Process
Automation (RPA) implementations
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Life Insurance Operations and Continuous
Improvement
Knowledge of RPA tools and Conversational AI platforms
In-depth experience in call center management and related KPIs
Understanding of Life and Annuity products and policy servicing
Skilled in managing cross-functional projects from ideation to
execution
