Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist III to
enhance customer acquisition and retention through effective
communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Interact professionally with customers and process new member
referrals
Conduct outbound calls to verify referral information and explain
services
Research member history to facilitate enrollment and retention
efforts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's
degree in a health-related field is a plus
Two or more years of related professional experience
EHR/CRM experience preferred
Experience working with the senior population in health service
settings is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and independently in a virtual
environment
