Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate to
facilitate telephonic outreach and enrollment for families of
children with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic outreach to families and assist with downloading
the app and scheduling enrollment visits
Effectively communicate services and address objections from
parents and families
Support outreach efforts to engage both non-engaged and engaged
patients
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in outreach, customer
service, or call center roles
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
