Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Support Representative to
handle partner queries and ensure a one-touch resolution
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist users throughout their experience and resolve issues via
live channels
Monitor daily deliveries and proactively solve issues to ensure
exceptional service
Identify trends and advocate for partner needs to support
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, particularly with
complex interactions
Experience with CRM tools
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Available full-time, including weekends
