Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Care Specialist -
Affordable Housing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support for Affordable Housing programs, including
HUD and LIHTC
Assist customers with onboarding for HUD and LIHTC properties and
ensure compliance best practices
Collaborate with Client Services and product development teams to
enhance customer experience and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of professional work experience in affordable housing
compliance
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Blended Occupancy Specialist
(BOS), and/or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP)
Experience working cross-functionally with teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
