Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Data Specialist to
focus on data accuracy and systems management within their People
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry processes and maintain employee records
Oversee HRIS administration, troubleshoot issues, and implement
system enhancements
Conduct data quality audits and generate HR reports to support
decision-making
Required Qualifications
Experience in HR data management or a similar role
Prior experience in an HR role with knowledge of US compliance and
labor laws
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Namely and
Lattice
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in
tools like Excel or Tableau
Knowledge of both US and International HR practices
