Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Ops Specialist to support
the creation of product education and content for internal and
external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize learning materials in the Lighthouse
Academy
Develop learning materials focused on product enhancements and
specialized programs
Support the maintenance of the Help Center and streamline reporting
workflows
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent career
experience
Basic experience with multimedia production preferred
Familiarity with online survey platforms is a plus
Ability to work quickly and optimize processes
Remote work experience preferred, but not required
