Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Democracy to serve
as a Case Manager for a newly launched crisis support network.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate intakes and referrals, determining eligibility and
monitoring applicant progress
Build and implement a warm-handoff system for connecting applicants
with appropriate service providers
Conduct monitoring, reporting, and quality control of intake forms
and applicant satisfaction surveys
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience
Familiarity with pro-democracy organizations or ability to quickly
learn about them
Experience providing trauma-informed assistance to individuals or
organizations in crisis is preferred
Some familiarity with incident-management tools or ability to learn
quickly
Ability to build processes where none exist
