A company is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist to optimize talent attraction and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Explore and experiment with unconventional sources of talent
Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies
Oversee and expand a gamified talent attraction program

Required Qualifications:

Active member of the web3 community with onchain experience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
3+ years of experience in program management or community building
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience with HR technology platforms and tools
