Job Description:
A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster -
Remote (CST).
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with single or multi-vehicle auto losses through
effective communication
Conduct thorough investigations and assess claims to negotiate fair
settlements
Maintain accurate documentation and execute policies in accordance
with agreements
Required Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using technology and various software tools for
claim processing
Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations is a plus
Must obtain an adjuster's license within 60 days of hire
