Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage
inbound and outbound calls for insurance quotes.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from customers seeking
insurance quotes
Ask qualifying questions to connect callers with suitable insurance
companies
Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while handling a high
volume of calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
2-3 years of Call Center experience (Customer Service and/or
Sales)
Prior experience in outbound telemarketing preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule and be technically savvy for
remote work
Strong work ethic and integrity with excellent attendance
