Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II responsible
for managing the foreclosure process for mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the foreclosure process from referral to
post-foreclosure
Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays and
resolve issues
Generate reports and provide necessary documentation to investors
and regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications
A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including at least 1 year in Default Servicing
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
Experience in Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation preferred
Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and
lines of credit
Experience reading and comprehending legal documents
