Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Support Specialist to assist
with client issues related to electronic data interchange.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates resolution of client issues by interacting with trading
partners and direct-connect payers
Supports the development of client support documentation as
needed
Acts as a subject matter expert for advanced technical issues,
liaising between Operations, Customers, and the Development
team
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of operations support experience within healthcare,
focusing on technical skills
1 or more years of experience working within a vendor
clearinghouse
Experience with ANSI transactions and ability to read ANSI
guides
High School diploma or GED
