A company is looking for an AVP, PFML and Stat Disability.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge on PFML and Statutory Disability products and
collaborate with senior management on strategies
Provide subject matter expertise and lead product suite management
and implementation initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage product requirements and
ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of
experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
10+ years of experience in group insurance or employee benefits
with expertise in PFML and Statutory Disability
