A company is looking for a People Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Oversee employee relations and day-to-day HR administration
Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; master's
degree preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
8-10 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
Proficient in Office 365/MS Office
Experience in Information Technology or Professional Services is a
plus
